Shipping Policy

In-stock merchandise can be shipped out in 1-3 business day via UPS or USPS to street addresses within the United States. Therefore, arrival times need to be estimated by adding 1-3 business days for processing the order.

Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. If you have a time deadline please make a note in the Special Instructions section of your order. If you want your order shipped to a P.O. Box , APO, or FPO addresses (ZIP Codes starting with 090-099, 340 or 962-966) we will ship it U.S. Parcel Post and notify you of the cost, via e-mail, before shipment.

Also, since there is no UPS Ground or 3 Day Select service to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico you should chose USPS Priority to ship to those states.

After your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will be notified with a tracking number. The designated carrier will update the tracking as it moves through their system and makes its way to you.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the item has been shipped. Shipped orders will need to returned to Trailfitters by the sender (See Returns/Exchanges).

Shipping charges are based on the item’s weight and size and distance to ship, determined by your ship to ZIP Code. You can check the shipping charges by viewing your cart and entering your Zip Code. 

We occasionally use other shipping services for items or destinations that UPS will not deliver. We can still email you the tracking number to use to check the delivery status of your package at the designated carrier.
